Varut Rintanalert & his team offer one of the most unique design workshops in Thailand. The workshop is focuses on teaching design tools and techniques that focus on practicality and less about "only works in the book" techniques. The workshop is consisted on four parts which are
- Design Research (Brief creation, Understanding User, User Research technique, User Journey, User Ecology, User Profile, Synthesis, Persona Creation and Opportunity Spotting)
- Design and Development (Design Brief creation, Brainstorming, Specification creation, Concept development, Storyboarding, Service Blueprint)
- Prototyping (Prototyping Technique e.g. scripting making, Acting, Paper prototyping, Service prototype etc..)
- Presentation (Presentation technique, Guideline of presentation and Concept presentation)
The workshop is usually conducted for 4 days over a period of time. The topic can be changed according to your company' interests as well as the scope of the workshop. Focused workshop is also another popular choices among big cooperation. For example, a workshop that is focus on particular aspects such as Persona making or User research or purely on Design and development is also possible.
